We could not have had more loving, comforting, or professional care during this very emotional and important time for our family.
I was admitted with PPROM during a very difficult pregnancy. We had twins and one of our babies passed away from TTTS at 24 weeks. Hannah was our nurse the first night and showed great compassion for us, letting us know our wishes for our time with our baby after birth were known and would be honored. Hannah was our nurse again the second night. Shortly after her shift started, I was informed I would be having an emergency C-section under general anesthesia. Hannah was with my husband and me every step of the way during these intense and scary moments. She then proceeded to give us an experience and memories that will last for a lifetime. She swaddled our sweet baby who passed, brought him to my bed to hold, took photos of our family together, and coordinated with the NICU so I could hold both my baby boys together. She also helped us coordinate with our photographer. We could not have had more loving, comforting, or professional care during this very emotional and important time for our family. Hannah gave us a priceless and irreplaceable gift we will forever be grateful for. I hope she knows how much she meant to our family and the deep impact of her care and actions.
