I had a procedure involving my eye. I have a great fear of needles. Not to mention a needle in my eye! Hannah entered the room with a bright smile and explained everything to me and put me instantly at ease. She stood by me when the doctor did the procedure. She went above and beyond calling in my prescription making sure my insurance covered it. Then walked my wife and me out into the lobby explaining my aftercare. If all nurses were as kind and happy as Hannah Montgomery, coming to the doctor would be so much less stressful!!
