Hannah advocates for patient quality/safety improvement practices by volunteering to assist in resolving patient safety events.
I appreciate having a colleague like Hannah Morata. She is an extraordinary ICU RN who goes above and beyond in caring for her patients as human beings, not numbers, which enables her to provide quality patient care skillfully with genuine compassion. In addition to her excellent knowledge and skills as an ICU RN, she is a team player who jumps at any moment to help her co-workers in a supportive manner in times of crisis in the unit, simultaneously maintaining a positive and calm demeanor. She is a preceptor to UNLV students and newly hired RNs and has recently submitted her portfolio for the Professional Clinical Ladder program.
Moreover, Hannah advocates for patient quality/safety improvement practices by volunteering to assist in resolving patient safety events or Safety Intelligence (Sis) submitted to the Patient Safety Network (PSN) under the guidance of her manager. If I am to be hospitalized or one of my friends or family members, God forbid, I would want Hannah Morata to be one of the excellent nurses in SICU/NSCU to take good care of me.
