Hannah is wonderful with the patients and shows caring and empathy. She has skills in de-escalating violent situations. She also brings a lot of medical experience to the unit which is so valuable on our unit. She is also very involved with our unit-based council in addition to attending SPDONA meetings. She has led fundraisers, led book drives, and really advocated for her patients over the years. She is also a wonderful coworker. Although I work a different shift than her now, she used to work the night shift with me and she was always right there with me if I needed help and she was always willing to pitch in and help with all the responsibilities on the floor. Now that she is on a different shift than me, I know is adept at giving a succinct and valuable report. Hannah is a valuable and kind nurse.
