Hannah was nominated by a patient for going above and beyond to care for them during a very scary time. Hanna made time to be by her side and answer all of her questions. “I remember waking up to a crash cart next to my bed, Hannah was there explaining to me what had happened. She would stop by and remind me if I needed her to not hesitate to use the call button. I didn’t like asking for help, but she continually checked on me and never made me feel embarrassed or humiliated when asking for help. Thank you, Hannah, you were a godsend to me when I needed it most.”
