Hannah shows a great deal of care and concern. She has a good sense of humor and works very hard to make a patient comfortable. She was our day nurse today and explained to my 98-year-old mother every step of her care.
I have been here all day and had a chance to observe how hard Hannah and her colleagues work.

It breaks one's heart to leave an old person in the hospital and go home. However, I feel Mom's getting care here that is as good or better than what she gets at home with her own family.
Hannah is a young nurse, but she is very mature for her age. I believe she is a born caregiver and her good motherly instincts will take her far.
I know you can train a person to have some of the skills I've observed but you can't train essential love and human kindness. Hannah possesses these gifts of love and service to humankind.
