Hannah was our nurse on the day when my dad was admitted. She exceeded any expectations we had. She thoroughly explained labs, procedures, and what she was doing to my dad. She had a difficult patient next door, but when she came into our room, she had a huge smile. She was nothing short of amazing and deserves recognition. She made us feel safe and informed.

Having nurses who truly care and make you feel informed are so important during those scary times! Another family member added that she was kind and compassionate in a moment when he felt like he was dying. Even with everything going on around her, her light shone through. There needs to be more nurses like her. Kindness and compassion matter, especially in situations like these.
