My grandma was admitted to the CCU unit following COVID-19 complications. Hannah always came in and announced to her what she was doing, and what the reasoning behind it was. She made sure to update my family and me on the procedures and medications. Hannah honored my grandma’s personal preferences and made sure the whole family was at ease. It was clear that she cared about my grandma’s well-being and helped my family through a difficult time.
