My husband and I were extremely satisfied and very happy to have had a pleasant experience at Holy Cross and the knowledge and compassion Hannah showed. When I asked Hannah where the restroom was, not only was she knowledgeable of the location, she was also willing to walk me to the restroom instead of just giving directions. When I asked where the cafeteria was, again, she walked me to the corridor and showed me the way to the cafeteria and showed me the marker so that I can come back to my husband's room.
Hannah was very thorough in that she described everything that we needed to know about the procedure, what to expect after the procedure, post care of cath site, etc. All together, we were extremely satisfied and very happy to have had a wonderful experience at Holy Cross and to have had Hannah as my husband's nurse.

Hannah is one of the most dedicated patient advocates I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She always has the patient's best interest at heart and is not afraid to voice any concern she has whether to the doctor, a peer, or me. She has transitioned from the Cath Lab holding room nurse to Cath Lab procedural nurse over the past year and continues her patient advocacy in her current role. Patients trust her completely with their care. Hannah is also the resident informal educator in our department. She loves to teach both within our departments and outside them. She has been to other departments to complete in-services on TR Bands and also on symptoms to watch for after a heart cath. She has a thirst for knowledge and loves to share it with others.
