As busy as she was for the three days Hannah was assigned to my brother, she always seemed to focus her utmost attention on him. Her eyes were not focused on the computer screen but were on the patient. We always felt assured through her warm and caring eyes that she was going to take great care of my brother. She always had a comforting touch on his shoulder or arm when speaking with him. This was calming and reassuring for him. For a young nurse, Hannah is very knowledgeable, and professional, and has great leadership qualities. She has a very kind heart and shows sincere kindness and compassion.
