Hannah has superior skills for cardiac care. I appreciate her willingness to go out of her way to provide unprecedented kindness, concern, and care for me while my blood pressure was decreasing as I was waiting for direction from my cardiologist. Hannah immediately had me back in my bed to lay flat; immediately contacted her supervisor and requested the assistance of the ICU nurse assigned to the 4th floor. Until resolution was determined on how to handle the Vtach events that were occuring. Hannah was very consistent with my immediate care, very calm, took time to explain to me each step of care, and yet remained very kind to me even when I was becoming agitated. Superior in giving attention to each detail and superior in compassion at the same time.
