Hannah goes above and beyond for every single one of her patients and their families, no matter how distressing the situation or how busy the unit is. I have observed Hannah spending time with and really listening to patients and relatives. She always communicates with such calm compassion and it is clear to see that she genuinely cares about everyone she looks after.

Morale has been low at Hayward House and staffing has been very stretched, but throughout it all, Hannah has been the one person who has remained calm and positive every shift. She has a 'can do' attitude which means we are able to find solutions for the patients but also uplifts and encourages the rest of the team. Hannah always comes to work with a smile on her face and supports all of her colleagues. She will often leave little post-it notes of encouragement for individuals when she quietly and discreetly spots that they need a boost. Hannah has been a rock that has steered this team through a recently difficult time.
