Hannah is a kind and compassionate MICU nurse. She recently had some kind words submitted by 2 separate families as an example of how she cares on a daily basis.

My family and I just wanted to thank the tenth-floor MICU team, especially Hannah for being so patient and helpful while our beloved husband, brother, and uncle, was in their unit. His bout with Covid was so disorienting for us when he ended up in the hospital, and it left us so confused, we were very scared he might die alone. In the days that followed, the team was so patient in helping us plan visits, explaining his condition, and, in the end, accommodating my aunt in special circumstances to be sure she and B got time together before he died. That's invaluable to a family, and we all have peace of mind today because of the care he received and the time we got with him at Presbyterian. Thank you all so much for your kindness and care.

Hannah took care of my Gam, on her last day here with us on earth. We appreciate her compassion for our loved one and for being patient with us through the whole CMO/AND process.
