Hanny Mohamed, RN

Hanny was amazing with all of my family members when providing care to my dad, who was on end-of-life care. He had spent 6 days on the ward and was in his period of passing. She talked us through everything she was doing and asked questions to get to know us as a family. She was interested in my dad's life, which helped us be at ease. As a family, we use humor to help cope with traumatic situations, and Hanny was great at responding to our approach, and nothing was too much for her. She was very approachable and allowed us both privacy and a good amount of care for my dad. Her smiley face helped make a heart-wrenching situation much more bearable. Her energy was amazing and helped when it was needed the most. She is a credit to the ward and the hospital, and I felt that this needed to be recognized.
