To be honest, Makati Med is our family's best choice when it comes to our medical needs. We are from Mandaluyong. Hence, we opt to cross the bridge just to be in Makati. We've been assisted by many nurses. And during our last visit, Hans stood out and made a big impact because of his personalized service and malasakit. As a mom, I felt secure that my son was taken care of by Hans. He made me feel comfortable by always asking how are we doing, and what else we needed. You could feel his sincerity and passion. For me, that is a genuine act of service and dedication. I salute Hans for his service. And he is a real-life superhero. We went home happy, calm, and grateful. Too many things to say but to end this, we are glad that you have a very dedicated and passionate frontline Nurse by the name of Hans.
