Hans was friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. He was knowledgeable and informed us of the procedure and processes so that we were prepared and knew what was going on. He answered all questions we had and was always available when needed. Hans should be awarded and recognised for his efforts. He really made our experience here very pleasant. I would recommend Hans to anyone needing medical assistance. He does his job very well with a smile and happy attitude and made us feel very comfortable. I am so glad Hans was our nurse. He is fantastic at his job and should be recognised for the same. HANS WAS AMAZING!!! (He should get a raise.)
