Every time she came into the room, she was positive, helpful, and informative. She explained what she was doing and why in a way that made us both feel comfortable during this first pregnancy (I was so nervous!). We had so many questions and she answered almost all of them or promised to follow up with someone if she was unsure. She also paid extra attention to my pulse and quickly caught that the epidural level was too high and was affecting my pulse. Thank you Hansol for putting in so much effort.
