My mom is 84 years old non-English speaking, doesn’t know how to use call lights, and stays in bed without asking anything. During her 1 week stay in the hospital mostly all the nurses were kind [and] caring to her while she stayed in 3B.
Hardeep was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and always checked on my mom periodically. She always takes care of her comfort measures. She always offered her warm water and warm blankets. She assisted her to the bathroom with a smiling face during her busy shifts. Normally I stayed with my mom all the time but with Hardeep as her nurse, I felt confident and secure to go home and sleep. She always updates me on her status whenever I call her without any hesitation. Thank you again to all the nursing staff and medical team for taking great care of my mom.
