My grandfather was admitted during the night onto D57. Harry was the nurse on duty and checked my grandfather in. I explained to Harry that my grandad could not hear but if you look at him when speaking, he will read your lips. Harry was absolutely amazing. He looked at my grandad when asking all questions; he made sure my grandad understood everything he was asking him. My grandfather's main priority was a cup of tea. Harry sorted this for him immediately, this might not sound like an amazing thing to do for someone but my grandad felt so unwell and low that this gave him a real boost. Harry was so kind and caring, that I felt happy to leave him knowing he would be well looked after. Harry is a shining example of how great the NHS is. Harry, thank you so much!
