I have been so blessed to have Harvey Meier as my nurse since I have been at CHS NorthEast. He is so devoted to the patients and the nurses that are under his care and supervision. Harvey is so compassionate to his patients and very dedicated while I have been in the hospital. Harvey went beyond his duties to help us understand what was going on with me (fluid in my lungs, congestive heart failure, and cellulitis). He drew pictures of my heart to show which part of my heart was affected. He talked in detail about my medical diagnosis and was so compassionate as I sat crying. He truly deserves this DAISY because Harvey shows the exceptional and compassionate care that makes me and others feel secure and happy about returning to CHS-NorthEast.
