Hasel Factoran, RN
Nothing is too much trouble. Hasel always has a smile on her face and a very cheery attitude towards patients. She is efficient but will always find time to speak to patients and visitors. Even though my husband was dying, she always had a cheery hello and tried to make him and his visitors smile.
Whenever she came into the bay, she would have a smile for everyone. I didn't hear her say anything bad and could tell she loved her job as she has that extra something that makes her a very special nurse.
She is not very tall but has a big heart, which shows when she is smiling and tending to her patients. She stood next to me once and jokingly asked if I was pleased that I had found someone smaller than me (I am not very tall).
The day before K died, she said goodnight to all the patients, and I heard she was upset when told of K’s death.
