My mother was admitted to the hospital after a motorcycle accident this year. She had a laceration on her head with blood clinging to her messy hair. Nurse Hatairat used scissors to trim her messy hair around the wound with gentleness. She washed away blood stains, blew dry her hair, combed it, and dressed the wound again. My mother looked refreshed after her head cleaning. I was very impressed with her kindness in taking care of my mother. I felt that she was concerned about the patient's image. She smiled and spoke to my mother as if she was her family. More importantly, she provided detailed patient care information in a humble manner.
