Hawa is so gentle and kind. She 'listens' to your needs instead of 'telling' you what you need. She smiles! She laughs and makes sure you know she has your very best interest in her heart. I have never had a nurse like her in all my other procedures. Her gentle quietness is like no other. Soothing and attentive, she is truly an angel.
