Hayley cared for our mother for a couple of days. Our mom has Alzheimer's and is a pretty difficult patient, but despite these circumstances we never saw Hayley lose patience or her caring attitude. Our mom so far has been in this unit for a week and a half. Hayley still comes in to say "hi" and check up on her and we know she really cares.
