Hayley was wonderful during the delivery of my niece's son. I was present during the entire time. Hayley showed A1 supportive nursing skills. Not only did she show personal control she also showed she was confident in herself which gave K the courage to not only deliver her son but deliver him without an epidural! She led K through like a champ! Hayley deserves a big thank you! Never once did she show that she was frustrated or tired during this long process. Hayley was prompt each time the nurse call button was pushed.
After delivery, she still provided exceptional care. When K had questions about how to handle her own needs, she very kindly got on a face-to-face level and took time to explain in a way K could understand. Though she is a "straight shooter" she is a super talented nurse that's caring and loves her job and it shows. I personally am thankful that Hayley was K's nurse. She's amazing and we need 20 more nurses like her. Again, thank you for caring for my niece whom I consider my child like she was more than just a chart number!

Mrs. Clary was by far the best nurse; she helped motivate me to push and helped me through some of the worst contractions. When I kept saying I couldn't do it, she kept telling me I could and let me know I was strong enough to do so. If I ever have another baby, I hope Hayley is my nurse again. She believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself.
