Hayley Compton, RN

Hayley took extraordinary care of a patient both before delivery and during a difficult vacuum-assisted delivery and postpartum during a postpartum hemorrhage. This patient was very complicated with D/C and met ICU criteria, but Hayley managed her and kept her safe and comfortable with minimal support needed from the charge nurse. Hayley was also the RN taking care of a patient with a demise and was amazing, empathetic, and professional. She gives her all, and her calm and reassuring demeanor, along with her clinical proficiency, are beyond her two years of experience.
