During one of the most painful moments our family has ever experienced, she showed us exceptional compassion, patience, and gentleness.
She cared not only for my grandmother, but for our entire family. The way she spoke to us, touched her, and guided us through that moment was calm, respectful, and deeply human. She handled us with care — emotionally and physically — and never made us feel rushed, uncomfortable, or alone.
Her presence brought peace in a moment filled with heartbreak. It is clear that nursing is not just her job, but her calling. I will never forget the kindness she showed my grandmother and our family during her final hours.
