Hayley Guillera, RN

My husband has been in critical care for 11 days. He has been on a dialysis machine for 5 days - 4 of which he lost 48hrs of use as the machine clotted every single night and had to be turned off. No one thought to tape the line above his head and that included the supervisors. I'm pretty convinced that Hayley played a large part in helping my husband's recovery at this time. She just realized what needed to be done and acted accordingly. Add to that, a kind and caring personality and I'm running out of room - She is just awesome!
