While I was recovering in the ICU, I began having focal seizures. This made me very anxious. Hayley spent the evening reassuring me of all the safety features available if a seizure were to occur. This gave me great peace of mind and allowed me to calm down.
Also, one night my feet became itchy from walking around the hospital in socks. I simply asked Hayley if I could get new socks, but instead, she washed and dried my feet before placing new socks on. This is the true heart of a nurse!
