Hayley goes above and beyond on a daily basis. She is so supportive of her team and is so helpful to our patients. Hayley truly cares about her team and patients, and it shows. Hayley, thank you for all that you do! What you do matters.
Hayley had absolutely no hesitation in helping out on the unit all day when we were running short-staffed. She passed meds, documented assessments, and helped ambulate and clean up patients without thinking twice.
She truly exemplifies what a nursing leader should be. She takes the time to listen to staff, family, and patients' concerns and is truly empathetic. She listens to understand, not to respond. She truly makes working on 2200 enjoyable, and staff feel supported! Thank you, Hayley, for everything you do!
