Hayley is by far the best nurse I have come across. She explained everything to me and gave me updates regularly. Hayley would personally check on me to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. I heard her personally checking on her other patients and not just sending in the aide. Hayley made me feel like she was really concerned about my health and about me getting better. She never once made me feel like she was only here to do a job. Haley's great sense of humor made me feel good to laugh. You are very lucky to have her as a staff member. I would like to just show my appreciation to Haley for making me feel more like a friend than a patient.
