It is obvious that Hayley genuinely cares about her patients.
When my third child turned one year old, I couldn't help but reminisce about the day of his birth. Even as a nurse myself, I had a lot of insecurities as a parent and mother. Childbirth is an incredibly emotional, vulnerable, and overwhelming life event. I am so thankful to have had a team of nurses who made me feel not only comfortable but confident and competent at listening to my body during birth and caring for my son.
Hayley Riley was my recovery nurse and she treated me with grace and respect. I won't forget her comforting presence. Many people think that because you are a nurse, you don't need the extra attention and care that other patients need. I was so impressed with how Hayley took care of us. She never made me feel like I should know everything or like I was being a bother by needing the extra support postpartum. Hayley came in and treated me like I was her only priority in those moments. Her words of encouragement and support provided me with the confidence to care for my son and the support needed to get through recovery and postpartum.
Hayley is the definition of what a labor and delivery nurse should be. She is kind, caring, available, and emotionally supportive. It is obvious that Hayley genuinely cares about her patients. Through her kindness and encouragement, she helped me feel empowered during a vulnerable time but also supported me when I needed the extra help. Thank you! You are a gem Haley, and any patient who encounters you during or after their birth is blessed to have you be a part of it!
