Hayley has been so kind and compassionate to me.  She is always so happy and willing to listen to you.  I was having a really bad day, and she came in and talked and comforted me.  I am always so happy when she is my nurse. There is always a smile on her face.  When I press the nurse button, she is right there and willing to do what I ask, even if she is busy.

I can't say enough good about her. You are so very lucky to have her as an employee. She is an absolute sweetheart.

I'm thankful for everything Hayley does, making the healing feel possible, with words and actions. Hayley took the time to hear my father's jokes and laugh, which meant a lot to my father. He really didn't want to leave without seeing Hayley. It was funny that Hayley didn't get upset because my father could not say her name right. She didn't get upset, she said you can call me whatever you like.

Most of the other nurses would have gotten upset, but not this nurse. Hayley has a good attitude towards her patients. Hayley had physical and emotional support for my father. She was about to check his blood sugar, and she was looking for the patient identification bracelet scan, she couldn't find it and she found it in his pocket in his shirt. My father laughed and said, “You put it there,” and my gosh, she laughed so hard. That made us feel at home.  

I feel my father really enjoyed his nurse. I pray we don't end up here again, but if we do, we will recommend Hayley to be our nurse again.
