Hazel truly cares, she goes above and beyond in all she does; from her immediate response to a call light to taking the time to explain things in detail to me and my family, and answering all of our questions and concerns. She made extra sure she was clear and precise and that all of us had a grasp on the procedure at hand. She also took the time - no matter how busy - to find out or check on what is being asked and made sure she got back to us without having to be asked again even if it took awhile for her to research and/or find the person that has the most accurate answer. Although she usually had the answer. She also took the time and never rushed no matter how busy she may have been. She was so patient, and I wasn't the easiest patient due to severe pain!
Hazel is a true asset to DMC. I am honored to have met her. She made a very terrible, sad, painful, and depressing time the best anyone in my situation could have.
