Hazel was very professional and skilled with the prep and setup on me for my upcoming surgery (hernia). She talked to me explaining the how's and why's of what she was doing at the same time making me very confident and relaxed about my upcoming hernia surgery. Hazel was able to erase my nervous, unsure worries. I found a new friend who truly eased any fears I had with my upcoming surgery.
