I had to have a biopsy done. Hazel walked me through every step of the procedure including the number of clicks I would hear when the biopsy was taken and went over the whole procedure before we started.

During the imaging and procedure, Hazel was my Sherpa. She demonstrated knowledge, compassion, and care making sure I understood what was happening to me, what to expect, and physically holding my hand to help ease the discomfort. Afterward, she made sure I knew everything I needed to know to take care of the incisions.

Hazel understands what the patient is going through and educates you to put your mind at ease. She is extraordinary!
