I remember when I first met Hazel, she was busy with my baby, and she had special words talking to him, which made me smile from my heart. She has the cutest and professional way of treating the baby, also whenever I see her there, I would take a deep breath. Also, she would say some words that really encouraged me as a first-time mother, like "don't worry, you can do it," in addition to her very soft child care that made me very relieved.
Hazel, thank you very much for every single moment you gave with all your energy.

You made sure that I wasn’t alone, and I heard my parents say how much your patience and reassurance meant to them, too.
