Finding a spot in the clinic and being unwell are both challenging. There is one nurse, though, who makes visiting patients quite easy. Florence Nightingale, whose primary mission was to care for the sick, is akin to Hazel. She possesses excellent nursing characteristics that make patients feel at ease and cared for any time they are in her presence. Her emotional intelligence is really high. She manages to talk softly and smile at patients in spite of being placed in a busy clinic with demanding patients. She has a very endearing and engaging demeanor.
