Heath made a special connection with a patient after finding out that the patient was homeless. Heath took it upon himself after learning that it was the patient's birthday to get him a gift. The gift included a backpack, and inside was clothes for the patient to have. Heath really went above and beyond his nursing duties. He has demonstrated compassionate care and is an extraordinary example in our nursing community.
