Heather A Reed, RN

Heather Reed was my nurse for two days during my stay. She was always quick to keep me in the loop for what she knew of my care. She was always checking in to see if there was anything I needed, including showing me how to use the call button. I didn't want to bother her, but she told me many times that she wanted to be bothered. She also made a point to include my children when they visited rather than talking over them or acting like they were not there. It really helped put my son's mind at ease as he was nervous. She is a wonderful nurse and the care she has for her patients can be seen in her work.
