My daughter was scheduled for a blood transfusion. This was the first time she has ever had anything like this. She was very nervous and worried. Heather was so kind as to let me go back with my daughter while she had the procedure. It was a small area and only the patient was to be there. Heather sensed how nervous my daughter and allowed me to stay all day. She was so kind and attentive. I work in the healthcare field and feel that all employees should be as kind and professional as Heather. She is definitely an asset to your company and should be recognized as so.
