Heather was my mother's nurse for approximately three weeks. My mother had a lot of complications and Heather took outstanding care of her during her stay. Heather was always calm, even during stressful situations, and handled every situation perfectly. Heather always explained everything she was doing. She always answered our questions and told us what to expect regarding the care of our mom. I cannot thank her enough for the truly outstanding job that that she did!
