Heather went out of her way to help facilitate the discharge of one of the elderly patients. The patient had recently departed from her adult foster care home, accidentally leaving behind her necessary medications and wheelchair. Heather took compassionate care above and beyond by going to pick up the items so that the patient could be discharged and get to her destination.
