Heather was nominated by a co-worker who described how she consistently demonstrates caring, as well as going above and beyond in the Peds ED. Patients, families, and co-workers are all appreciative of her warmth and kindness. One example is that Heather organized a special Christmas for a patient and her family. Heather has also been the Executive Director for the Safe Baby Haven program, including multiple collaborative community efforts to ensure the program's success.
