She’s amazing and goes out of her way to bring satisfaction and comfort to me, my spouse, and my newborn baby girl. When I first got introduced to her, there was something just very soothing about her. Always smiling, stayed positive, and motivated to keep me relaxed in the situation I was in. My spouse was going to have a C-section, and after she did, I was very pleased with how good Heather was taking care of my baby girl and my spouse compared to the other nurses. I am a first-time dad, and I have very little experience with newborn babies, but with Heather, I have no problem at all. She tried her best to show me how to change a diaper right and how to swaddle a baby in many ways. This time that I have been in this hospital, Heather didn’t just make me feel good about my bad experiences, but Heather didn’t just seem like a nurse to me; she seemed like family to me.
