Heather Clapp, RN, BSN

We adopted our baby boy, and Heather was one of the nurses who loved on him for the first three days of his life prior to us getting there. He was never alone, even though his birth family was not there. She was there, and we’re forever grateful she gave him such wonderful care and love and comfort and help, and she made us feel so welcome and helped us when we first met our son. She showed us how to do certain things for a newborn baby, and she had a great big smile on her face filled with joy at our precious son. We love her very much. She will always be part of our son’s story. The most important thing was that she gave love to him, and he was never alone. We are forever grateful.
