Heather Crain, BSN, RN

On Thursday I had a 5 hour surgery done at South Meadows. I went from surgery to post-op, to the recovery room, and Heather Crain was my nurse once I got there. After feeling very sick, rushed and unwanted by the nurses in post-op, Heather was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable and was getting me everything I needed, even though it was late in the day and I probably didn't get out of there until 9:30. I was feeling really nauseous for a long time and she had the utmost respect and patience with me. She told me I wasn't holding her up, even though I probably was. I can't even describe how comfortable she made me feel, even though I was the only one in the recovery room. She really went the extra mile on my patient care, and I can tell she is like that towards all her patients, which really does make a difference and makes them feel so welcome. After having a hard time with the nurses in post-op, having a nurse like Heather made that much of a difference. Thank you Heather!
