The cafeteria did not send my husband's lunch. When they sent his supper tray, he didn't want anything that was on it. Heather took the time to walk me to the cafeteria and buy both mine and my husbands' dinner. I have arthritis and can't walk very fast. She had so much patience with me every step of the way. She is what nurses are all about and just what human beings should strive to be. We are an older couple and she was so very kind to both of us. We will never forget her. She is one of the kindest persons I have ever met. She is most certainly one of a kind.
