My 89-year-old grandmother was suddenly diagnosed with blood in her brain cavity. Finding out she was terminal was tough for me and my family. Near the end, Heather took the time to clean her, lotion her skin, clean any wounds, and most importantly cleaned her mouth which was caked with mucus. Basically gave her a little spa day. This touched my heart with the care and kindness she showed to me and my grandmother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
