Heather was our labor nurse but she was more than a nurse, she was a very comforting, fun and respectful person. Her compassionate care of my soulmate was so appreciated. Heather listened to us about B's wishes to have a natural delivery. Getting her the peanut, repositioning her often and keeping us all updated on her progress. Heather even stepped up and made the delivery experience special for us all. This was truly a family-centered delivery experience. Heather provided compassionate care with a positive attitude. Her hug the next day made me and B feel so cared for. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
